Voyageur Motel Reservation Policy

  1. Managment requires a valid credit card number, mailing address and a contact phone number for every reservation.

  2. When a reservation is made, managment will provide you with a Reservation Confirmation Number.

  3. If you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be done at least 24 hours before your expected time of arrival at motel. If 24-hour notice is not given, you will be charged for at least one day of accommodation.

  4. Upon cancellation of a reservation, managemnt will provide you with a Cancellation Confirmation Number.

  5. If, when making a reservation, you require access to your room prior to 11:00 AM on day of check-in, you will be charged an additional amount for early check-in.
